Yes, a reservation is required. We encourage our customers to make a reservation prior to arrival. But don’t worry, you can easily make a reservation on-site if you arrive without one.
Yes, SafeStop has a minimum reservation of three hours. After that, you decide how many hours you wish to stay. SafeStop is dedicated to providing short-term parking only.
SafeStop allows its customers with a reservation access to the gated lot up to one hour before the reservation start time. And if a customer needs to stay longer than expected, they have an opportunity to extend the reservation through the initial confirmation SMS/text message or from the notification that is sent 15-min prior to the reservation end time.
If your tractor has a front license plate, our license plate readers will recognize your license from your reservation credentials and open the gate. If not, all customers with a reservation are sent a SMS/text message with a gate access button that can only be used during the duration of the reservation period.
